About Us

The Principals of Iowa Grain Company founded Ag Integrations after the sale of the company’s clearing business in 2008. The principle focus of Ag Integrations is to provide the agricultural industry with comprehensive revenue management solutions and services. Through its entities, Ag Integrations provides a farm revenue management platform along with brokerage services.

The AgYield service is designed to provide an innovative web solution that allows clients to actively evaluate farm revenue, risk management strategies, market scenarios and more. EHedger is the full-service brokerage arm of Ag Integrations, which relies on an extensive knowledge of commodity markets and farm operations to provide hedging strategies and trade execution to clients.

Much of Ag Integrations’ history is rooted in its heritage to Iowa Grain Company. Iowa Grain established itself as a provider of clearing and execution services for clients across all segments of the commodity industry. In response to market demands, the firm developed a range of services for agricultural risk management. Not only was Iowa Grain the first firm to route orders electronically into the Chicago Board of Trade agricultural pits, but it also developed the OAK Trading Platform for internet order entry of exchange traded futures and options. Released in 1998, this innovative tool facilitated the future of order routing by allowing for the monitoring of all trader, broker, and customer activity. OAK quickly became the industry standard for risk management and order entry programs, and was ultimately chosen by the Chicago Board of Trade to be the exchange’s primary order entry platform.

Whether serving commercial, institutional, or retail customers, Iowa Grain cultivated a level of personalized and quality service that continues to distinguish its efforts through the present day at Ag Integrations. In early 2008, Iowa Grain Company sold its clearing division and OAK Trading risk management platform to Archer Daniels Midland Investment Services (ADM). The principals of Iowa Grain Company remained together and formed Ag Integrations. Ag Integrations believes that service to today’s market users must include a high degree of responsiveness to specific customer needs, proficiency in the application of technology solutions, and an infrastructure designed to adapt to a constantly changing global environment. The company’s approach to technological development distinguishes it from many other industry participants.

Ag Integrations’ expertise is a natural result of not only experience, but vigorous responsiveness to the needs of its customers and proactive strategic planning to meet progressive challenges in the agricultural industry. While time has altered the global market environment, Ag Integrations and its entities have evolved to become a leader in the development of technologies for agricultural revenue management in the futures industry.
